Beautiful and kind Doctor! 🥰

We love Dr. Walia. She listens to what parents and the child have to say. She considers all symptoms you report and leaves no stone unturned until your child feels better. Her bedside manner is fantastic, and she spends time with her patients. We continue to drive 2 hours+ to see her because of the level of care she provides.

Dr Walia is friendly and compassionate. I love that she blends medicine with lifestyle choices.

She is a wonderful doctor, my famIly loves her.

Dr. Walia & staff are awesome!!!! Dr. Walia connected with my little girl (age 9)so well. She was in the room for less then 2 minutes, when my daughter said that she likes her! She listened to everything that's going on with her. Then she asked me all about it as well. We came up with a plan. The ladies in the office were so patient with me! They made sure that I had all the information I needed before we left. Best Doctor!!!!!

from our first visit, I could tell the doctor & staff cared. It was such a rough road trying to find out what was going on with my child & getting him on the proper medication. She listened to the concerns & made not only myself but my scared child feel heard & listened to. She did all the necessary tests & got him on proper medications. & just recently got him on dupixant & fought for him to get approved. he now has zero symptoms. cant recommend or thank her enough!!

Awesome visit! Plan at least 90 for your first appointment. We've been to several doctors but this was the first time a doctor actually spent time with my kid asking him about his symptoms and ordering test so that we can get to the bottom of his stomach pain. So thankful I found this group

Dr Ritu Walia is the best Gastro Dr. She really cares about the kids and always makes the best decision for their care. The doctors are soooo nice. They gave kids a lot of toys. If your kids need a Gastro, this is the place I recommend.

Dr. Walia is one of the best pediatric providers I have found in GA. We drive almost 2 hours to see her because she is so amazing. She treats my daughter as her own, is empathetic, and is genuinely concerned with the issues she is having. It is rare to find a provider that cares this much. We are so grateful for her!

It was a rough patch at the beginning of our first appointment, I didn't realize that the appointment was at different city. I was relying on Google map to get me to Gastro Health For Kids which direct us to the city where we live. They have 2 locations, Gainesville (main office) and Cumming (only available twice a month). So we weren't able to see the doctor due to miss information. However after contacting the office, Doctor Ritu Walia called back personally to apologize and offered a different appointment at the location we prefer.

We really appreciate her effort and finally able to meet her and it's really worth it. Dr. Walia is the most down to earth person you could ever meet. She's not only very patient in listening to what's going on with your kid's health, she's also able to analyze possibilities that might caused the issue.

And it's like lifting a burden of your shoulder when she explained her findings, very detailed oriented and made so much sense. I highly recommend Dr. Walia for your kid's gastro health, she's very good in what she does.

After struggling for months with our newborn’s feeding, we sought a second opinion from Dr. Walia. Since seeing Dr. Walia our sons feeding has significantly improved. He is a completely new baby, growing, and meeting all his milestones. Dr. Walia believed us one no one else did and she has made a significant impact on our families life. We are forever grateful.

Dr. Walia is hands down THE BEST. We had our first visit with her and within minutes of her being in the room, she had answers. After weeks of my newborn being absolutely miserable and us not knowing what was wrong. Communication has been great and she has followed up in between appointments and hospital visits to check on us.

Dr. Walia is the best!! We’ve been seeing her for over a year. She takes the time with my son to really listen to what the issues are and works together to come up with an achievable plan. Even after his initial issue was resolved, she continued seeing us as she had concerns with a separate issues and she’s concerned about his overall wellbeing! My son loves her because she gives “presents” small toys after each visit and sometimes her two, sweet dogs join her in the office which my son adores!

I HIGHLY recommend Gastro Health For Kids! We have been trying to find answers for my 1 year old daughter since 3 months old. Dr Walia is the ONLY doctor to fight for answers, listen to our concerns, and seem to want to find comfort for my daughter. I cannot thank Dr. Walia enough for taking so much time with my daughter and really listening to us. I wouldn’t go anywhere else but here to take your kids because they genuinely care about every patient. Dr. Walia and their whole staff make you feel like family and not another patient. We are so thankful for them!!🙏🏻

Dear Gastro Health for Kids,
This is the best place to go if you need a gastro doctor, they ONCE IN A BLUE MOON gives fidgets to kids. But can y'all stop wanting to have an appointment every month? Like Bro. Overall, this is a 10 star. I love it! The doctors there so nice! They also have a little kid place to play while waiting!
