Amazing first time patient experience. My son is 3 yrs old and after seeing our pediatrician with some gastro concerns we were advised to see a pediatric gastro specialist. I called Gastro Health for Kids and they were able to see us in the same week. Nice and organized at arrival. Facility is kid-friendly, toys in lobby, etc. Dr Walia is AMAZING. She is thorough. She is kind. She is great with kids and parents. She was an absolute answer to this mamas prayers. So grateful to have found her!!

I cannot recommend Dr. Walia enough! She is so kind and compassionate and took so much time with us. She helped my 3 1/2 year-old feel so comfortable at the appointment as well as my husband and myself. She made herself available to us after hours when we had follow up questions or needed something. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and so helpful! We drive from Athens to see her and it's totally worth it! Highly recommend her!

Dr. Walia and her team show an extreme amount of compassion for their patients and families. We started seeing Dr. walia a little over 2 months ago and after a year long process with different doctors she finally found the solution to all my daughters symptoms. She took the time to carefully listen to my daughter and make her feel understood. We are so thankful for Dr. Walia and her staff.
Very welcoming staff.The doctor is very knowledgeable, she listens to both parent and child and truly tries to get to the bottom of what ever issues you might be having! All nurses and office staff are sweet and professional. My son says this is his favorite doctor and feels very comfortable talking to doctor about any issue he might be having!

We had our first appointment today, and I was really impressed with the provider. She took the time to get to know my son and answered all my questions. It made us feel comfortable, and I appreciate her warmth and attentiveness!

Writing a new review as Dr.Walia has went well out of her way to help me figure out what we can do to help my 8 month old daughter with her choking and reflux. After having N awful experience with multiple different doctors who did not care, I will say Dr. Walia has been absolutely amazing and so kind and thoughtful of what’s going on!

I couldn’t ask for a better more knowledgeable Dr for my kids. She was hands down the absolute best and I’m soooooooo happy I picked this place and I appreciate her so much! The front office staff and nurses are so nice and helpful as well! I can’t recommend them enough!!!

Dr. Ritu Walia was SO sweet, kind, & understanding. She definitely made a point to make sure my child was okay and I know what to do if she’s not better. She definitely wanted to get to the bottom of the issue. Such a sweet doctor.

Today’s visit was a piece of cake! The doctor was so personable. She made my 11 year old feel very comfortable, which is a huge plus. The staff was nice. Nice experience for my daughters first visit to a specialist 😁

Amazing doctors. One of two in my experience with my 3 year old that listens and cares, genuinely cares. Even made recommendations on who to change her pediatrician too because she is obviously autistic. Up until now I have been doing the leg work and brow beating to get her the care and treatment and diagnosis she needs. This doctor goes above and beyond just the reason that you are there and wants your child to live their best life.

This doctors office is the best. This is one of the first doctors office that not only looks like it's made for the kids the staff also show they are there for the kids. The doctor listened to my child but she also educated me and my husband by showing us what she was feeling and what it meant instead of just telling us. She is by far the best doctor and I'm looking forward to our next visit.

Waited for an hour past our appt time before being seen. Once we were seen the person doing the weight and height didn't seem to be very kid friendly or have patience but the doctor was absolutely wonderful and super knowledgeable

It is no secret why Dr. Wallia has so many awards for excellence. If you’re looking for a compassionate, through Pediatric Gastrologist, Dr. Wallia and her staff are hands down the best in the Gastrologist field of medicine.
The doctor is so nice and she went thru everything and listens to every single concern I have.We are finally close to finding a solution to my babies illness.I highly recommend Dr.Walia.

Dr. Wali and her group are very compationate and caring about each and everyone of their patients. They take their time and listen to what you have to say and don't rush you out just because of other patients. You may have to sit and wait for a bit for your time but you know when it is your turn she will not rush you out either. Gastro Health for Kids is the BEST!! We LOVE them!!
The front desk staff to the nursing assistants to the Doctor, were amazing. I have been looking for a decent gastro doctor for my daughter for the past 4 years and finally googled this office and read the Doctors Bio and was impressed and excited to meet her. She is very concerned and interested in my child’s health and concerns. She’s compassionate and thorough. I will drive the extra miles to get the helpMy child needs.

My child has been a patient here for a while. Our family has been incredibly pleased with the care he has received. His condition has improved significantly.
