Dr. Walia has been such a blessing to our family! This was our second time seeing her for my baby, and both experiences have been amazing. She makes us feel comfortable, listens to our concerns, and takes the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed or dismissed. She truly makes us feel like she is here to help and genuinely cares about my baby. As a parent, it means so much to finally feel heard and feel like we are getting real answers and the support my baby needs. Dr. Walia treats us like family, and I am so grateful to have a doctor who takes our concerns seriously and works with us to find solutions. We are very thankful for her care and would absolutely recommend her to other families! ❤️

My daughter was seeing two different GI at CHOA. We wasn't happy so our son had to see a GI. Now all of our children go to see her now. Very friendly and understanding Lady. We also love it when they call and ask how our children are. Thank you everyone.

We are eternally grateful for Dr. Walia and her staff! As a first time parent with a baby with some digestive issues, I can always depend on Dr. Walia to respond (usually very quickly!!) to a question and tell us what we should do, even after hours. As much as I hope my baby grows out of her issues, I have peace knowing that we will always be taken care of here!

Dr. Walia & staff are awesome!!!! Dr. Walia connected with my little girl (age 9)so well. She was in the room for less then 2 minutes, when my daughter said that she likes her! She listened to everything that's going on with her. Then she asked me all about it as well. We came up with a plan. The ladies in the office were so patient with me! They made sure that I had all the information I needed before we left. Best Doctor!!!!!

One of the best doctors I’ve met in a long time

It was a rough patch at the beginning of our first appointment, I didn't realize that the appointment was at different city. I was relying on Google map to get me to Gastro Health For Kids which direct us to the city where we live. They have 2 locations, Gainesville (main office) and Cumming (only available twice a month). So we weren't able to see the doctor due to miss information. However after contacting the office, Doctor Ritu Walia called back personally to apologize and offered a different appointment at the location we prefer. We really appreciate her effort and finally able to meet her and it's really worth it. Dr. Walia is the most down to earth person you could ever meet. She's not only very patient in listening to what's going on with your kid's health, she's also able to analyze possibilities that might caused the issue. And it's like lifting a burden of your shoulder when she explained her findings, very detailed oriented and made so much sense. I highly recommend Dr. Walia for your kid's gastro health, she's very good in what she does.

Amazing doctor and great visit

After struggling for months with our newborn’s feeding, we sought a second opinion from Dr. Walia. Since seeing Dr. Walia our sons feeding has significantly improved. He is a completely new baby, growing, and meeting all his milestones. Dr. Walia believed us one no one else did and she has made a significant impact on our families life. We are forever grateful.

She’s amazing - and she really loves my child

Dr. Walia is one of the best pediatric providers I have found in GA. We drive almost 2 hours to see her because she is so amazing. She treats my daughter as her own, is empathetic, and is genuinely concerned with the issues she is having. It is rare to find a provider that cares this much. We are so grateful for her!

Amazing doctor and nurses

Dr.walia is so great! My daughter was having trouble and everyone was less than helpful until I brought her to Gastro for kids where along with her pediatrician we were able to figure out what was going on! Your kids are in great hands here. 10/10

Dear Gastro Health for Kids, This is the best place to go if you need a gastro doctor, they ONCE IN A BLUE MOON gives fidgets to kids. But can y'all stop wanting to have an appointment every month? Like Bro. Overall, this is a 10 star. I love it! The doctors there so nice! They also have a little kid place to play while waiting! Thanks!
