Dr. Wali and her group are very compationate and caring about each and everyone of their patients. They take their time and listen to what you have to say and don't rush you out just because of other patients. You may have to sit and wait for a bit for your time but you know when it is your turn she will not rush you out either. Gastro Health for Kids is the BEST!! We LOVE them!!

Very welcoming staff.The doctor is very knowledgeable, she listens to both parent and child and truly tries to get to the bottom of what ever issues you might be having! All nurses and office staff are sweet and professional. My son says this is his favorite doctor and feels very comfortable talking to doctor about any issue he might be having!

Waited for an hour past our appt time before being seen. Once we were seen the person doing the weight and height didn't seem to be very kid friendly or have patience but the doctor was absolutely wonderful and super knowledgeable

Amazing doctors. One of two in my experience with my 3 year old that listens and cares, genuinely cares. Even made recommendations on who to change her pediatrician too because she is obviously autistic. Up until now I have been doing the leg work and brow beating to get her the care and treatment and diagnosis she needs. This doctor goes above and beyond just the reason that you are there and wants your child to live their best life.

Amazing first time patient experience. My son is 3 yrs old and after seeing our pediatrician with some gastro concerns we were advised to see a pediatric gastro specialist. I called Gastro Health for Kids and they were able to see us in the same week. Nice and organized at arrival. Facility is kid-friendly, toys in lobby, etc. Dr Walia is AMAZING. She is thorough. My sweet little girl was having some tummy troubles. We were sent to gastro health for kids in Gainesville. We have been seeing Ritu Walia for 3 months. She is absolutely the most amazing doctor. She is so great with my daughter. She treats children with respect and I can't say enough good about her. Her staff from the desk to the nurses are simply amazing. They are always kind and happy to answer any questions I might have. My favorite part is how much time this doctor spent actually talking to my child making her feel comfortable and overall the best experience I've ever had at any doctor's appointment ever. After it was recommended our daughter see a GI and after research of several Dr.s, I am so very glad this was the place we decided on. She spent time with us and explained and discussed so much with us just in this first visit today and I believe we are finally getting answers we have been trying to get for a year. The drive is a little over an hour , but it's worth it! Dr. Walia and her staff are great, I highly recommend her , very ,very pleased thus far.
